What is Assisted Living?

Our Assisted living program provides all the basic needs for you or your loved one to live a happy and healthy life. Through a customized care plan we provide care ranging from basic daily needs to interactive physical and social activities. We provide a safe and responsive environment to assist our residents with their varying health needs, activities of daily living, medications  and home cooked meals. Our goal is to not only meet a resident's basic needs, but create an environment to live a happy and healthy life.

24 Hour Care

A member of the staff is always available and on site 24 hours a day, seven days a week.   

Hospice Care

Country Inn is qualified to have up to 3 Hospice patients on site at all times. With a Retired Hospice nurse and medical social worker with hospice experience on staff we have a unique ability to understand and care for our residents during this time of their lives. As a facility, we respect and support our patients during this difficult time. 

Dementia Care

Our facility is equipped with door alarms and gated areas to keep all of our residents safe. Our reality orientation programs aid our residents in feeling safe and secure, while also helping them understand there surroundings. 

Patient Advocacy

With over 30 years of caring for our residents, we take every measure in advocating for residents wellbeing in all aspects of their lives. 

What is Aging in Place?

At Country Inn we fully support the idea of aging in place. We intent for our residents to feel safe and secure and be able to call Country Inn home. As a facility we want the residents to be as safe, independent, and comfortable as possible regardless of age, income, or level of ability. 

Home style cooking

Our unique facility size allows us to provide home style cooking and customize meal plans around our residents needs for every meal. 

Daily Activities

We take time to understand the individual needs of all of our residents and encourage them to maintain the highest level of activity that keeps them engaged, active, and safe. This includes daily activities, community outings, and depending on ability can include gardening and farming activities. Each month an activities calendar is created for the residents to ensure facility awareness and engagement. 

Customized Care Plans

Each person is different and comes to us with their own set of needs. We treat each resident as a unique person and care for them as we would any of our family members. Due to the size and staff of the facility customized care plans are implemented to ensure communication among staff and patient needs are being met.
